At GC Instrumentations, under our brand Aasmi, we proudly offer shipping services across India, ensuring safe and timely delivery of your products. We have partnered exclusively with reputable national courier companies like DHL, FedEx, DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and others to guarantee your satisfaction.

2. Shipping Method – India

We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
A shipping fee of ₹200/- applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
COD is available for orders above ₹999/- and below ₹10,000/-.
All prices listed include GST.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

Our exquisite pieces are meticulously crafted to order.
You will receive an email notification once your order is confirmed, followed by a team contact for order details verification.
Manufacturing a piece can take between 7-30 days, depending on the design complexity and demand. We strive to dispatch orders as soon as the product is ready, and delivery can take 2-5 business days thereafter.
Customization requests may require additional time, and a fee of ₹500/- applies. Please note that customized orders are not eligible for exchanges. Refer to our Exchange & Repair Policy for details.

4. Delivery Schedule

Our courier partners deliver shipments between Monday and Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Changes to the delivery address can be accommodated only if the order has not yet been shipped.
Please provide an accurate phone number and email address with each order to ensure smooth communication.

5. Tracking Information

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
While we strive to assist in tracking parcels, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances involving our delivery partner.
